When do I enjoy the Spring? Unusally this Winter was so unusally severe and windy. Even if Even though it is April, I can still feel cold because of the last cold spell. Today is also windy. How about my mind? Is it silent?
TF is currently in the design phase which handles the directions of our company's process and system. To design the process and system in our company means a sort of exploration into undefined and blind area uncharted world.

According to(As per) project's plan, actual is delaying longer than I expected. I think it comes from the complexity of coworking partners. In this project there are four partners participants(players) like OOO, OOO, OOO and OOO. The interim quality of output from each engaging teams is not even. I aim to make them strengthen reach their potential and expand their ability till middle of April.
I make up my mind motos(slogans) to in approaching my project such as "step by step" and "never give up".
