First business letter(3/16)

Dear Mr. B:

Let me introduce myself. My name is C.S.S(called David)
I joined this team on the first of march this year(01/03/2009).
I work in Finance & Administration team  and in charge of IT related things.

 Meanwhile as for me
I did share your messages about e-mail system and exclusive lines and so on.
As you know it took much time rather than your wishes.
(I think it will be better and better. We will do our best...)

Besides current e-mail and other stuffs,
I totally agree with your mention about the management principle of OOO  IT.
But I think we need to have more time to review and prepare the principle of OOO IT
because it's related with so many IT issues.
(For example, IT Vision/Project/Roadmap/Strategy/methodology of collaborating OOO~OOO~Customers~Suppliers, IT investment...)

Nowadays I am preparing the Information strategic planning.
After it will be specific I would like to discuss all things including the management principle of OOO IT.

 -  It will be processed dividing two phases.
    1) Drafting the direction of OOO IT (internal Job)   :
. It's done but I am waiting the confirm of Mr. L .
        * And It's necessary to translate to English for sharing with you.

    2) Overall ISP Project (co working with IT Consultants, It's not also decided. Jut my planning)

Although this informaion is not prefect , I hope it will be helpful for you.
I will try to contact with you frequently and look forward to your co-operation.

Thanks a lot.

Best Regards.
David

Dear Mr. OOO,

thank you very much for your high effort and the detailed explanation.

Meanwhile I recognized that this is not a technical but a cultural issue. There are significantly different working styles in Korea and Germany that cause different requirements on the IT. I doubt if it makes sense to try to unify the working cultures in Korea and Germany. I will talk to Mr. FOOO in order to get advice for the further proceeding.

Nevertheless we need a management decision about the principles of the OOO IT:
  ·         Our customers require an independent IT-infrastructure for OOO.
  ·         If we are permanently part of OOO IT, BOOO-IT will cut due to security policy
the remaining connection to BOOO – network.
  ·         As this discussion with SOOO-IT shows an own IT would make us much
       more flexible and efficient.

·         Therefore I will apply for an independent OOO IT.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards
