Finally we had a ceremony of kick off for launching " OOO build up project" on Friday. Actually it was scheduled to start in June. The president has not permitted to proceed this project. But we suceeded pershading him. I am very thankful to my members because they have been doing their job without frustration since the beginning of this year.

It's time to conduct our project intensively. After finishing kick off, TF moved to the 2nd plant for strengthening communication with the staff of manufacturing. As far as I am concerned, OOO is the most important system in our company. Thus from now on, we have to forcus on building OOO system which will be differentiated comparing from other sites.
I heard that they arrived and finished setting up their working environment this morning. Even though there are some difficulties in communicating each other, I think it cannot stop us proceeding our tasks. Because all members share the value of this project and have a strong desire to succeed this project.
